WHAT IS TOUCH-SLIDE?

Touch-Slide is a premium Flash widget that navigates photos and video like a modern touch-screen device (by swiping). Touch-Slide was built from scratch by uberTof using Actionscript 3 and is for sale on uberWidgets.com.

BRIEF HISTORY

Originally conceived for use on a private photo sharing network for friends and family, the first prototype went live in June 2007. A few months later it was developed into a user-customizeable version which began selling online, but after limited success the widget was shelved, though versions of it made its way into uberTof's freelance projects. Three years later the widget has received new life with critical performance and feature enhancements. Touch-Slide is once again available for sale as a high-end Flash widget for web designers. There is still nothing like it on the web!
